Woollahra Council commenced public exhibition of our proposed suite of floor space ratio and urban greening controls.
Key changes include:
The introduction of floor space ratio controls for dwelling houses, dual occupancies and semi-detached dwellings in residential zones;
Deletion of existing floor plate controls;
New urban greening provisions, including tree canopy and deep soil controls
Administrative amendments to facilitate the above changes.
The exhibition period will run from Wednesday 10 August to Friday 16 September 2022.
