NSW Government’s 2020-21 State of the Beaches report quality improvement - 31st October 2021

The NSW Government’s 2020-21 State of the Beaches report which shows that swimmers across in the local area can dive in with confidence this summer with great results for Sydney's beaches has been released.


Nielsen Park and Camp Cove in Sydney Harbour continued to be graded as Very Good, as in previous years. Watsons Bay, Parsley Bay, Bondi Beach and Murray Rose Pool were graded as Good.


“Rose Bay Beach has importantly been upgraded to ‘good’ from ‘poor’, due to improved microbial water quality at the beach.
